Dutch Travel is an independent service that helps customers organise Netherlands visa appointment coordination and application preparation. Dutch Travel is not a Dutch government agency, the IND, an embassy or a visa application centre, and is not affiliated with them.
2. Service scope and confirmation
The support available depends on your application location, visa category and the appointment provider's process. Before paid service begins, Dutch Travel must confirm the service scope and provide a written quote. Submitting the website enquiry form is a request for information; it is not a booking, payment or service activation.
3. Appointment dates and availability
Appointment times are controlled by the relevant booking provider and may change. Dutch Travel can help customers pursue suitable dates and organise their next steps, but no date is guaranteed. An alert, when a properly authorised alert service is available, does not reserve a slot or guarantee that it will still be available when you act.
This preview does not connect to a live appointment feed, date-alert service or booking system. Do not treat it as displaying current availability or as having secured an appointment.
4. Provider rules and booking authorisation
Any appointment search, follow-up, alert or booking coordination must use a method allowed by the relevant provider. Dutch Travel does not bypass access controls or queues. A booking on your behalf requires your prior, express authorisation and must follow provider rules. Do not share your booking password through the enquiry form.
5. Customer information and documents
You are responsible for giving accurate information and submitting genuine supporting documents. Dutch Travel helps organise preparation; it does not create false documents or misleading application information. Requirements vary by applicant and visa category.
6. Visa decisions
The relevant authorities make visa decisions. Dutch Travel does not decide, influence or guarantee the outcome of a visa application.
7. Fees and payment
Prices have not been published on this website. Request a written quote and review the agreed scope before deciding. This preview does not accept payment or activate a paid service.
8. Enquiries, privacy and service activation
Appointment enquiries require acceptance of this terms version and separate consent to use your enquiry details, as described in the Privacy information. The website records the accepted terms version and a server-side timestamp. No service begins solely because a form was submitted; the service and quote must first be confirmed.
9. Changes to these terms
If the terms change, Dutch Travel will publish a new version. Customers will be asked to accept the applicable version before a new appointment service is activated.
