Information you provide
The appointment request asks for your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, application location, visa category and preferred appointment dates. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Do not include passport numbers, passport scans, passwords or other sensitive information.
How your information is used
By checking the privacy-consent box, you allow Dutch Travel to use your details to handle your enquiry. The server stores an enquiry only after accepting the form. This preview does not forward submissions to a team inbox, email service or CRM.
Appointment terms record
Appointment requests also store the terms version you accepted and the server timestamp of that acceptance. The current terms version is DT-TERMS-1.0. This record is separate from privacy consent.
Retention and privacy requests
The business must confirm a retention period, privacy contact and process for access or deletion requests before launch. This draft should be reviewed for Dutch Travel’s circumstances and applicable data-protection requirements.
Service providers
Enquiry details are stored by the website’s managed hosting and database provider. Dutch Travel should confirm the relevant processing arrangements and access controls before accepting live customer information.
Contact
For a privacy question, use the Contact form and identify the subject of your request. Do not add identity documents or passport details.
